Who is responsible for your data
International Corporate Summits organizes Madrid · Atlanta · Miami Real Estate Investment Conversations together with Global Hispanic Council, and is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: summits@ics-corporate.com.
What we collect and why
Your name, company, job title and email address, and, if you give them, your phone number, dietary requirements and accessibility needs. We use them only to manage your invitation and attendance: to review your request, confirm your place, send you your access pass and let you into the venue. The legal basis is your request to attend (taking steps at your request) and, for dietary and accessibility information and for photos, your explicit consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Our service providers process it on our behalf: Supabase (database, stored in Frankfurt, Germany), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery). Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Until the end of the event and the following follow-up, and no longer than twelve months after it. Dietary and accessibility information is deleted after the event. If you asked to receive invitations to future events, we keep your contact details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy, by writing to summits@ics-corporate.com. You can withdraw any consent at any time. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
